The Life By Design Journal

The Life By Design Journal is a  digital manifestation guide designed to help you clearly define your desires and goals and learn how to tap into and sustain their vibrational frequencies so that you can manifest them with more ease.

Inside this guide, you will:

  • identify the three main areas of your life that you want to change or improve and create a vision statement for each area 
  • learn how to tap into and sustain the vibrational frequencies of the desires described in your vision statements 
  • have the space to start and follow a daily journaling practice for the next 30 days (you can print the journal or follow the daily practice in your own notebook)

In addition to the journal, you will also receive:

  • 7x Manifestation Lists  ("Today I manifested" Lists) where you can write down all your manifestations. This will help you stay focused on all the positive manifestations you are experiencing. Each list comes with a daily affirmation you can practise too.
  • Daily Journaling Checklist where you can keep a track of whether you are doing the journaling practice daily (it takes 21 to 30 days to build a habit; if you follow through and journal every day for 30 days, this practice will easily become a habit)
  • Shifting Limiting Beliefs exercise so that you can identify and shift any beliefs that may be getting in your way of manifesting the desires and goals you described in your vision statements
